My daughter has had Dr. Ton from childhood up until 18. I never had a bad experience with her. She always provided great care in the area my daughter needed.. She was never rude to us. She always got back to me if a message was left. Everyone’s experiences with ppl are different. Nisiyah Clark’s Mom

Get better receptionists. Im calling to make an appointment for my child and receptionist talks to me like she hates her life. Literally had to hang up. Not tolerating that. Disgusting behaviour. You work at a childrens clinic, learn manners. Gross

I made a phone call to the receptionist and she gave me an attitude and screamed at me and she hung up so disrespectful and unprofessional

Dr. Mimi Ton is a horrible Practitioner that doesn’t deserve a rating!!! She’s rude, over speak parents, has a terrible tone and it’s obvious she doesn’t care about special needs population. My daughter visited the practice today and I definitely not impressed. She was recommended by Dr. Sunaryo who retired 2 years ago. He was very detailed, patient centered and most importantly very nurturing. Being referred by Dr. Sunaryo, I expected similar if not better service. My daughter has 15 years of complex issues in several areas; therefore not remembering every detail I think is normal. Well this annoyed Mimi Ton😖😤😤, as a result she over spoke us, made faces and was least bit interested in my Daughter’s care. I won’t be returning and would not recommend her to anyone. BTW I’m a Registered Nurse at the hospital she’s staffed at and I’m embarrassed that she’s the Head of the Gastrointestinal Department and will never recommend her to families I encounter.
