Good afternoon Michelle has gave me a better idea and choice to make and make some changes. And me and her were going to discuss on ways to maximize and decrease the amount of lowering the blood sugar and control the a1c levels. And my goal is too bring my a1c down to 5.5 or lower to prevent the diabetes and other issues

I have been working with Michelle for exactly a month now. I am so happy with how it is going already that I felt motivated to leave this review. She is super kind, listens without judgement, and gives direct, practical advice. She makes what feels very daunting and overwhelming feel simple and practical with small steps. I highly recommend her for any health goals!
