The nurses in the NICU are angels. 🥺❤️ You can tell they truly love what they do and genuinely care about their patients. They have so much patience with parents and are always on top of everything. I never once saw any of them stop working. I learned so much from all the information and guidance they gave me before my baby was discharged. Overall, I am very pleased with the entire experience. Even though it was a very difficult time for me, they made it so much easier.

The nurses in postpartum care are truly unmatched. They were an absolute blessing during our stay. A huge shoutout to Flor! She went above and beyond for our family. My wife and I absolutely loved her. She was compassionate, attentive, and made us feel so cared for every step of the way. She honestly deserves 1,000 stars! Shelly and Pinkie were also incredible! We loved them too ! Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a positive impact on our experience. We felt supported, comfortable, and in great hands with all three of them. I won’t mention the okay nurses 😅 Thank you for helping make such a special time in our lives even more memorable. We will never forget the outstanding care we received. ❤️

I gave birth to my baby girl June 23rd one of the best nurses that I will never ever forget in the labor and delivery department and postpartum is Jessica, Macy , Brea, Fairba, Saide, Jen , and Bri absolutely outstanding so kind and caring nurses that really took care of me make sure I had a smooth safe delivery and postpartum care as well. I’m so happy I gave birth here and that was my goal to birth here for my first pregnancy. All of these nurses make sure they was adaptable to my birth plan and work together with me which I appreciate so much and I will never forget them . So empathetic and supportive during my birth process and kind and informative to my husband and mom.

Our daughter spent about 40 days in the Pediatric Cardiothoracic ICU at MemorialCare Miller Children’s Hospital when she was just 3 months old, and we will never be able to fully express how grateful we are for the care our family received. From the moment we arrived, we felt like our daughter was treated as if she were their own. Every single person we encountered—nurses, doctors, therapists, aides, and support staff—was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her well-being. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they not only took incredible care of our daughter but also cared for us as parents. The communication was outstanding. The team conducted rounds twice a day and always kept us informed and involved in every decision. We never felt left in the dark and always knew our daughter was receiving the best possible care. The unit also offers so many thoughtful services that help support families, including music therapy and volunteer “hospital grandmas” who spend time with the children, allowing parents a chance to step away, recharge, and decompress. Those little acts of kindness meant more than words can describe. Our daughter also had her heart surgery there, and the care she received was exceptional. Looking back on our 40-day stay, what stands out most is the incredible compassion shown by every staff member. They helped us through one of the hardest chapters of our lives and made us feel supported every step of the way. We would wholeheartedly recommend MemorialCare Miller Children’s Hospital to any family with a child needing cardiac care. They are truly something special.

Amazing Hospital staffs!! I was transferred from MLK my son had surgery at Miller's. I was amazed with the love and connection of Staffs, nurses🫀, Dr's, Surgeon and surgery team💙 and environmental services🤞🏽. My son felt very comfortable. As a supervisor of College Medical center Hospital I want to let you guys know you rock!! I will most definitely recommend this Hospital for families. Thank you for treating my son a part of you guys heart.

Es el peor hospital mala atención estoy aquí con mi hijo tengo 5 horas de espera y no me han atendido y el personal mejor te ignoran cuando les pregunto algo venir aquí es perder el tiempo mal servicio y no tienen ni cuarto nos pusieron en el pasillo

I have been to this hospital with my daughter for about 5 years, from the time she was diagnosed with diabetes. My daughter and I absolutely love this hospital. We were always treated so well by the staff, friendly, comforting, and professional. For us, it was a long drive to get to the hospital, but we never regretted it. Unfortunately, you cannot please everyone; some people are never satisfied and always have something to complain about. Doctors and nurses are people too; they have good days and bad days. But the work they do is incredibly difficult, they are there for us, so think twice before you put bad comments, its disrespectfull and rude, show some consideration, because the majority of people cannot do the job they do, serving people, keep that in mind.
