I am very thankful I found Melissa and that I was able to work with her. It was important for me to find a dietitian that related to me as a Latina and the food culture. I was able to lower my A1C to a good level with her guidance. She provided visual examples of what my meals should consist of and recommended some activities that can help with incorporating daily movements and to lose weight. I am grateful now to have this knowledge that will help me lead a more healthy lifestyle. Thank you Melissa!
