Dr Marcus has been my Doctor for more than 23 years. He’s easy to talk with and is very thorough. He takes time to listen and respond to any questions I have. He was recommended to me by my primary care physician, and I’m grateful for that recommendation. Dr Marcus has taken very good care of my family and me and I recommend him.

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Marcus in December 2024, and I had a very positive experience. He was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. During the procedure, he removed a polyp, and afterward he personally came to speak with me and explain what he had done, which I really appreciated. That polyp was later found to be cancerous, and this is where Dr. Marcus truly went above and beyond. As soon as I came into his office, he immediately took action—he personally called a surgeon to get me seen as quickly as possible. He coordinated with my other doctors, arranged appointments with an oncologist, and made sure everything moved forward without delay. He didn’t just treat me as a patient—it genuinely felt like I was a family member under his care. Within just two weeks, I had surgery, and incredibly, it turned out that Dr. Marcus had already removed all of the cancer during the colonoscopy. His skill, attention to detail, and quick decision-making made an enormous difference in my outcome. During one of the most stressful times in my life, his kindness, reassurance, and calm presence brought me so much comfort. He is not only an excellent physician but also a truly compassionate human being. His bedside manner is exceptional—he listens, he explains, and he cares deeply. I have continued seeing him since 2024 and have had multiple procedures with him and his amazing team. Every single person in the office is professional, warm, and genuinely caring. You can feel that they all take pride in what they do and truly care about their patients. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have Dr. Marcus as my doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend him—he is the kind of doctor everyone hopes to have, someone who goes far beyond expectations and truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

I've been seeing Dr Marcus for more than 30 years. Not only is he super well qualified, but he has been sensitive to the fears generated by merely having tests. His bedside manner is superb. His treatment has been very effective for me over the years and I find him to be a five-star physician on every count.

Dr Marcus is probably the finest doctor I have ever known, and I trust him 100%. His advice and truly caring demeanor set him apart from any doctor, regardless of medical specialty.

As a healthcare provider myself, there's literally no adult Gastroenterology practice I'd trust more with my family members than Dr. Marcus and his team. As a patient myself for more than a decade I've found every appointment, whether it was an appointment or procedure with Dr. Marcus or a follow up with one of his Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to be thorough, informative, and I have always received excellent care. The front office staff have always been able to answer my questions, or get back to me after speaking with the doctor or provider. As a family member, I've observed Dr. Marcus and his staff to be compassionate and expert at what they do with challenging diagnoses. Really, I cannot give a higher recommendation if you or a family member are needing care with a highly experienced and qualified Gastroenterology practice.

Phenomenal

Doctor Marcus experienced, knowledgeable doctor, I would recommend him to my friends. But his two front desk staff members very vengeful, bad persons. Had to switch to another doctor because of them!

Never been able to meet the doctor. A nurse (Siu-Ping Wong) put doctor's title in front of her name and collect appointments. This is illegal. Also, this nurse Wong was very ignorant and doesn't know anything. No use to visit this office. Complete waste of time and money. Go to another doctor who has staffs who know what to do.

Worst worst staff. They never respond to calls, even if they take a call, they hold the call for 20 minutes ( it’s new to me ). They test your patience level till you write a review like this. My experience with this doctor's office is painful. Here everyone including Dr. Marcus cares only about insurance money. Keep going until sued.
