Very frustrating experience. I booked an appointment with Dr. Park, and the first time they canceled it due to a “double booking.” So I booked another appointment for the following week, as it was the earliest available slot. I also booked an appointment with another doctor in the same network for the next day because I needed to be seen sooner, and the office confirmed that appointment and sent me a confirmation email. A few hours later, someone called saying I needed to pay a deposit and that my appointment was actually not confirmed. I couldn’t talk at that moment, and when I said so, he simply hung up and never called back. Later that evening, both of my appointments, including the one with Dr. Park the following week, were canceled without any proper explanation. Very unprofessional and disorganized communication. If a deposit is required to confirm an appointment, this should be clearly communicated during booking and before sending a confirmation.
