10/10 would get endoscopy again. Whole experience was quick and painless. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was in and out, and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Ocher, as well as Dr. Rosman were awesome. No pain from IV (from Dr Ocher) and when they administered anesthesia, I experienced no burning as I have in the past.

I did not enjoy the care of Dr Divia. She was condescending, wouldn’t listen and told me it’s ok not to treat h pylori when I had a virulent strain and was the cause of my GI issues. I asked to be transferred to a new doctor in the network since there are 9 of them and the staff refused to do that.

I was told by the doctor that I could just come in ANY DAY to get my blood work done. So I showed up today during my lunch hour under NYC's extreme cold weather. This African American nurse at the front desk told me with an altitude: "I'm the only one here. you are not on the schedule. I don't know why you are here." I tried to explain and she just did her own thing and left me in the lobby with no words. I understand nurses are usually overworked but this kind of hostile altitude and lack of communication skills are still rare to be seen. If you can't attend people walking in for blood work, don't offer it at the first place. If you can't handle the capacity, stop scheduling new patients.

Dr. Schopis and all the staff are incredibly professional, punctual and thorough! Dr. Schopis is kind and provides a comforting manner both in office and for procedures. He explains everything with thoughtfulness and takes all questions with careful consideration. Cannot recommend this practice enough.
