Very positive initial experience with Dr. Perl and his team. Scheduling was efficient and flexible, and I was able to get in sooner for a rather thorough consultation virtually due to an illness at the time. Dr. Perl was great (my wife and I both see him now), went effectively through all of my prior medical history, developed an initial diagnostic / treatment plan, and made sure to answer all of my questions. Great bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable/ helpful while discussing what can be uncomfortable topics, which was greatly appreciated so I could get the right care. Look forward to working with Dr. Perl to improve and monitor my health!

Dr. Daniel is exceptional. From the moment I walked in, his communication was fantastic—he was very attentive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and applied his expertise directly to my issues. He addressed all my concerns thoroughly, and I am so glad I found him. Highly recommend!

Quick same day scheduling! Dr. Perl is very attentive and empathetic, makes you feel like you’re his only patient that he’s working with.

Very frustrating experience. I had 2 appointments booked with doctors at this practice. I clearly stated that I was self-pay, and the office confirmed the appointment with Dr. Zhao and sent me a confirmation email. A few hours later, someone called saying I needed to pay a deposit and that my appointment was actually not confirmed. I couldn’t talk at that moment, and when I said so, he simply hung up and never called back. Later that evening, both of my appointments, including the one with another doctor the following week, were canceled without any proper explanation. Very unprofessional and disorganized communication. If a deposit is required to confirm an appointment, this should be clearly communicated during booking and before sending a confirmation email.

Dr. Perl listened to all of my concerns and took them seriously. He shared with me what every concern could be tied to and provided me with options of next steps I could choose. It was great to be taken seriously with my issues and have someone empathize with how debilitating they can be.
