I have been trying to call this practice for the last 3 days. Unable to get a person. This extremely frustrating. Receiving a call back is impossible

Absolutely, do not go to this office for any reason. I went to this office once in 2022. I paid my copay and submitted my insurance information. They sent a claim to my insurance and they paid. Fast forward to over a year later, I received a call from a collection company stating that I owe them over a $500! Apparently. they did not submit the correct information to the insurance and never reached out to me about it. Now there is a negative collection case sitting on my credit report for their "accident". They will be hearing from my lawyer.

This office and there employees are totally incompetent, rude, and lazy to top it off the way they speak to patients is insane, the receptionist made a mistake by double booking an appointment I had waited I. Pain for 3 weeks when I show up they try to say they canceled it and I was the one who made the mistake when I have a txt confirming the appointment, to top it off they wait till a day before my procedure to call and say my insurance denied authorization,Come to find out they never sent it and lied to me! Either go to a different office bc the Malvern one is awful at best!

Impossible to get an appointment. They scheduling department does not answer the phone, and they don't return messages. Highly unprofessional. I'm asking my GP for an alternate referral.
