Lucy was AMAZING!! I learned so much about blood sugar that I didn’t know and how to create a balanced plate of fiber, complex carbs, protein and fat. I have endometriosis and struggle with bloating, gas, acid reflux, weight gain, binge eating and all that fun stuff. It’s only been one appointment and I already feel so motivated to get my gut health better. Lucy made me feel heard, understood, and empowered to make these goals a reality. I will update here in a few months once I start seeing results of what we are implementing!! Oh also best part is it was free with my insurance!!

Lucy was very informative and helpful in recommending necessary ways for me to optimize and achieve goals for my diet. I am looking forward to working with her as I implement her suggestions for added protein and fiber.
