I really love Liz Bilke. She is so compassionate , so knowledge about gut health . It nice to have someone to bounce off ideas to help me manage my health issues of ibs , Gerd and Gastritis. I finally feel less alone navigating this health journey that I have found Liz and Fay nutrition . I highly recommend Liz for help with your dietary needs .
