Had 2 appointments that both got canceled. First one I had to wait an entire month and they canceled the day before my appointment. They rescheduled me but once again over a month out. They were not even trying to accommodate me for the cancellation being their fault. Now I get a call saying my appointment is canceled again because the dietitian (Gerardo Lozano) will be out of the office. Not sure how this place makes any money. Definitely going to be going somewhere else.

For my first time seeing a dietician I would not recommend. First there were no directions in finding the suite for her office. It took me about 10 minutes alone to finally find where it was at. Also noted there were no other doctor offices in the complex. Which I thought was strange. I would not recommend to another person due to my experience. She was not informative and not educating in what she was there for to do. Lacked education on what she does or helps with. Also stating I had a health problem. When my primary doctor has specified that I have yet to be diagnosed for that health issue. She expected me to have to tell her what to do which I was asked for at the end of the appointment and I thought that was unprofessional. I have never had a " Doctor " ask me that question. Just over all a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Great service!!! We met with a younger girl who had amazing people skills. Super friendly and knowledgeable. My mom was very happy with her visit

Wish I could give zero stars. The dietitian within 15 minutes of meeting me said I had an eating disorder without even seeing me more than once or really looking into my medical history. Turns out I have 17 illnesses and am seeing 5 surgeons and all my doctors told me and many therapists said I DO NOT HAVE A EATING DISORDER. I was appalled at what she said without even getting to know me and my medical history. Definitely would not recommend coming here. She was very unprofessional and VERY judgmental.

During a vey stressful time when my lab numbers were not looking great I started seeing Taban. From the moment I met her she was warm and friendly and put me at ease. Over the next couple months she educated me on diet and supplements and assured me that my goals were attainable. Doctors have a habit of scaring me but Taban always made me feel very positive that I could improve my labs, and under her guidance I have. Lindsay Dietetics and especially Taban are a Godsend. Thank you.

Showed up to my appt at exactly 10:30 and knocked. No answer. Knocked again at 10:33 & 10:35 while standing in the hot sun. Attempted to call, but text instructions to call one number was unsuccessful, and no one answered when I called the main line I found on Google. Operator did call me back several minutes later, at this point it is 10:40 and my dietician TABAN doesn't answer her direct line or the pages from the operator. I stayed until 10:55 but she was a total no call/ no show. Extremely unprofessional. Ive had to make another appt - with a different dietician - and wait 2 more weeks to hopefully begin nutrition services.

Had to come to my daughter’s aid after meeting with a dietitian at the Clovis office. After 10 mins she was told she had an eating disorder and other issues and the dietitian could not help with a treatment. My daughter left very upset, crying and I found her pacing in the parking lot because she did not want to drive in that state of mind. I will make sure her doctor knows that he should not recommend people to this facility. If zero stars were an option, I would have rated the experience that. They should really learn how to talk to people kindly especially sensitive young women looking for advice and help.
