Dr. Miller listened to me and immediately scheduled testing to diagnose me. The gastroenterologist I saw previously dismissed my concerns as IBS and couldn't schedule tests for 5 months! Dr. Miller is a caring and very knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Miller is a straight shooter who tells it like it is. Direct but not a jerk about it. I appreciated that. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him.

My experience at the doctor's office was very positive. The physician took the time to thoroughly address my concerns, explain my condition, and answer all of my questions with professionalism and care. I greatly appreciated the attention and time devoted to ensuring I understood my treatment and care.

I received care from Dr. Lawrence Miller, NPI #1912116732 Gastroenterology, after one of too many trips to the ER with regards to a GI Issue. The issue hindered me enough so that I could not even sit or work. Unfortunately and apparently, nothing could be done until I receive my colonoscopy. From the start, I could tell Dr. Lawrence Miller wasn't very concerned or caring; he seemed more concerned with getting me in-and-out. I showed him disturbing photos and described my issues but didn't receive adequate care while I was waiting for the colonoscopy and dealing with continued adverse symptoms that even worsened after the colonoscopy. Caring and communication is not Dr. Miller's strong points, and even dealing with his office, including Administrator Jordan Riedel, has been lukewarm given that they just were really concerned about the low review I left rather than the actual care I still need... Denver Digestive should be embarrassed with themselves. I work in a professional setting with professionals and this would absolutely not stand in any business setting so I'm not sure why it's acceptable in health care, but after having no response when asked about said paperwork and follow-up, I can only conclude that the lack of care, poor quality of service, and nonexistent communication is the worst of all worlds. I'm not sure if this place is just over capacity or under care, but find someone else than Dr. Lawrence Miller. Post-Op Follow-Up: While my test results were negative, the initial issue I had that brought me to the GI received no resolution whatsoever. Dr. Miller told me that I should walk five miles per day and that I probably would have constipation my whole life. That's literally his solution to my issue, which he wasn't exactly sure of when I went into his office, despite exhausting the topic at the first visit. I was recommended some new medicine as it didn't seem my usual was working well but that had issues in itself. Dr. Miller's assistant, Crystal Zamora, took two phone messages and another two emails before she responded to my issue of the prescribed medicine. Dr. Miller had prescribed a new medicine which cost $179 after insurance, so I had requested to refill with my usual Linzess 290. I never saw that refill despite requesting it in email. Her reason for her slow response was that she had Client's all day... Am I not a client? It's actually sad because I left the VA, despite being a Veteran, because I wanted better care and service... This is not what I had in mind. I'm left with no solution to my GI symptoms, no paper work for explanation to my job, and no response or care from Dr. Lawrence Miller.
