Kristen has been nothing but great to me, she taught me to give myself grace when it comes to food and when I would get overwhelmed she allows me to think on why i feel a certain way, provided me with a great meal plan and is just someone that really care about her clients, so blessed to have met her, she i just a delight to talk to and very professional as well
