Kea Swartz is very knowledgeable, and professional. She has helped me so much with gaining the knowledge about timing of meals, layout of meals, interactions with blood sugar, the importance of variety of vegetables in your diet, importance of drinking water throughout the day. I’ve enjoyed and will continue learning valuable lessons from Kea!
