Dr. Saks took the time to listen to my experience of my symptoms, which is different than listening for justification of a pathology or for a procedure. She validated my experience, gave balanced advice, and listened to my concerns. She eased my worries without placating me, and maintained her pragmatic clinical judgement. Even though she does this everyday day, and sees many participants—I felt like I was treated as an individual. Thanks Dr Saks!

I have seen many gastroenterologist in my like and Dr. Saks is by fair the best. Her calm demeanor, thought process and quick responses are just a few of the characteristics I find she excels at. I would highly recommend Dr Saks to anyone!

I cannot recommend Dr. Saks. If you have an opinion that she does not agree with, BEWARE!

First off, I’m just confused why people become drs when they clearly don’t care to help people or find any answers. I waited months for an appt just to get a 9 minute ZOOM call. She had zero compassion or empathy for what I had been through for years with no answers. Didn’t offer any testing and told me my GI pain had nothing to do with my gi tract. She then said there’s nothing she can do to help me. Okay awesome… I guess I’ll just live with it. Not to mention I told her my brother almost just died from his first crohns flare up within the last 3 weeks and she didn’t seem to care to check for any of that for me. The pain I’m feeling is sometimes associated with the colon or UC so I thought she would want to do a colonoscopy which would have made me feel better about what I’ve been dealing with. Google or Chat GPT could have told me more. Don’t go to Dr Saks. She’s just another run of the mill Dr that only cares about money. Edit: just got my $400 bill for a 9 minute zoom call where she was useless. This place should be ashamed. Disgraceful.

My procedure went well and the staff were extremely nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. My only problem was the prep. I was given the pill method and didn't realize it meant taking 24 pills. I had a bad reaction to the pill prep but went in anyway and the staff were able to clear me to have the procedure and not having to go through another prep. I was extremely greatfl.

Kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Saks is a thoughtful physcian who practices evidence based medicine. She discovered the root causes for my gastrointestinal challenges. (FODMAP intolerance) and she caught early polyps during my colonoscopy. She is a wonderful person and an exceptional doctor.

It was a great first experience. The person trying to get my IV in had trouble and didn't try to hard before asking for help. When the second person also had trouble they brought over the anesthetist how got it in no problem. Everyone was nice and it was quick procedure in a very well run office. Dr. Saks visited with me after and then I was on my way home. They even escorted me downstairs since my mom didn't hear her cell phone ring to pick me up. I will use them in the future.
