Dr. Frielich and Janay are amazing. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Best place you can possibly go for diseases of the liver. Have worked wonders for me. Would highly recommend.

I have been going here for about three years. If you have ANY pancreatic issues, this is the place to go!! Their new location is absolutely beautiful! The front desk staff are always courteous and willing to help! The nursing staff is upbeat, efficient and thorough with their questions and assessments. The doctors are amazing. I have had the provledge of working with Janey Kissinger and Paresh Patel. Both have helped diagnose and steer the treatment of a chronic cyst, pancreatic insufficiency, all the while monitoring my chronic pancreatitis. I have felt that both have viewed me as a person first, and not just my diagnoses. I always felt that they have always had my best interest at heart, which is so very important with chronic health issues .Making appointments has been very easy. I recently was able to send some tests from another office to them and my doctor called me almost immediately with next steps so I didn’t have to go to the office. I’m blown anway ant how quickly questions and concerns are handled immediately. All in all, I’m very satisfied with this practice and every single person I have met there! They truly get gi issues and are willing to work with you for treatment!!

UPDATE: since they are trying to say I didn’t see anyone in that office I would question are they committing insurance fraud? Attached is a picture of my denied claim…..notice who made the claim against my insurance company that was coded incorrectly!!! I had a procedure performed on 4/25 and was never notified of any denied claim or outstanding balance. All other related bills were appropriately processed and paid by myself and my insurance. In December, I had an appointment with another doctor at a different HCA facility for an unrelated issue. I paid my copay at the time of service. Later, I discovered that this copay was not actually owed. When I contacted the office to request a refund, I was informed that because there is an “open claim” with KCGH from April, they applied my copay to that balance without notifying me. I was never billed for this claim, never informed that it was denied, and never contacted regarding any outstanding balance. I was told the office did not have to notify me because they were still “dealing with the insurance company.” It has now been almost a year. Additionally, I was informed that the original procedure may have been coded incorrectly, which contributed to the claim issue. Coding errors are the responsibility of the provider’s office, yet I am being held financially responsible without proper oversight. Stay clear of HCA facilities as they all use the same billing.
