The customer service was exceptional at the facility for my registration and preliminary appointment. However, there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever by telephone. I called Friday and left a VM asking about alternatives if I didn't get the Clenpiq. Today is Monday and I have yet to receive a response to that voicemail. I have called back and had to leave a message once again, because there is a delay at the pharmacy. I just read that a no show costs $100. This will be the case since I have no method of notifying GI Alliance. Just VM.
