Jyothi A. Reddy, MD - JRP MEDICAL GROUP, INC

I was referred to Dr. Reddy by my primary doctor, who is a gastroenterologist . I needed a colonoscopy but he no longer does them. I have to admit I was a little hesitant about seeing Dr. Reddy after reading several negative reviews, mostly about the staff. I have had two office appointments with her, one before the colonoscopy and one after. At both appointments I was seen promptly, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and Dr. Reddy was very thorough in doing the colonoscopy and also explaining her findings afterwards. I would definitely recommend her.

They will not listen to your issues, and even though my condition is serious they cancelled my appointment. I would like to sue them for negligence.

Dr. Reddy listens and orders exams and procedures and tries to find a solution. Her staff are TERRIBLE. Every referral sent has had an issue. They are rude and do not listen when you speak. My problem is worse but they will not schedule an apt with Dr because my test has not been done. Test is at Loma Linda and cannot get in until February. But I have gastro issues today. I have been ill for two months. SO FRUSTRATED!!!!

Dr. Panchel has a very good demeanor. Easy to talk with. Recommend!

I had to get a last minute exam before a surgery. Doctor Reddy did everything possible to see me, run the test at the hospital and give me a report all in a week. She was nice and professional.

Worst experience with the staffs. I was trying to schedule an appointment for last two months. They only give you excuses and no appointment. Last time when I called their office, they told me that I can also try other specialists.

Dr. Jyothi is good but her stuff are horrible, they're basically in control of who's going to see doctor first, it doesn't matter to them who's appointment is first. If you say something then they will say his/her appointment before you...SMH
