I struggle with a lot of anxiety around doctors, so I was honestly pretty nervous to schedule an appt. A friend recommended Dr. Sach, and he absolutely lived up to everything I had hoped for. From my very first visit, he took the time to truly listen, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and made me feel heard, safe, and comfortable. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. My colonoscopy experience only confirmed what a wonderful physician he is. Dr. Sach and his entire team exceeded my expectations. They were kind, efficient, reassuring, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier for someone like me. If you’re looking for a GI doctor who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sach. I’m so grateful a friend recommended him, and I will absolutely be recommending him to my friends, family, and anyone looking for an exceptional gastroenterologist. Dr.Joel Sach was great he made me feel safe and taken care of explained the procedure before it began he addressed all my concerns and also spoke with me afterwards and informed me of his findings and set up a follow up to explain when I was more alert Likely to follow more attentively due to fact I was in recovery room and still a bit groggy. I felt as though he took the time to listen to what I was saying and helped me get through this. His concern for my well being really showed his compassion for patients!

Dr. Joel Sach was personable, receptive, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout my visit. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Sach and his team—especially Helen—are incredible!!!!! They are comforting, kind, and genuinely caring. Dr. Sach has an excellent bedside manner and immediately put my parents at ease. My dad underwent a very stressful colonoscopy after his primary care physician found a positive result on his bloodwork. Helen went above and beyond to get him in as soon as possible despite their busy schedule. As soon as Dr. Sach reviewed the results and determined it was a false positive, he immediately let us know. By coincidence, I happened to be on the phone and heard the entire conversation with my parents. As a healthcare provider myself, I was truly impressed by Dr. Sach’s professionalism, compassion, and bedside manner. My mom and dad have not stopped talking about how wonderful the entire experience was. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Sach and his office. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Satch . He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly review my tests and answer all of my questions. He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciated his compassionate approach and the reassurance he provided. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and thorough physician. Good physicians like him are very rare nowadays!!!

As a medical professional myself, I am confident in Dr. Sach's knowledge and experience. At our appointment, he took the time to explain the prep. So, I understood exactly what I need to do. Dr Sach was easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable about the procedure.

I took my elderly mother here for an endoscopy consultation, and they were wonderful. The staff and Dr Sach are very kind and personable.

Staff is on top of it and Dr Sach is very attentive and thorough!
