The receptionist was very unfriendly. Because I didn't speak English well, she ignored me and was very indifferent . The nurses and doctors are very friendly. I suggest you replace the receptionist with someone of higher quality. Otherwise it will affect the whole team

Employees are rude and incompetent. You’re told incorrect time for procedures and then they act as though you made a mistake when you show up at the time they told you to arrive. Do not go here if you’re seeking helpful, personalized care.

Was charged $350 for Dr Louis T Broad to not take my 10% weight loss and constant vomiting and nausea seriously. He joked about my nausea, touched my stomach without gloves, and cut me off every chance he got. Complete waste of time and money. Beware of this doctor.

Trying to schedule an appointment they are very rude. Gave me a hard time about asking for a different doctor and asked me 3times about my insurance. Reply was I never heard of that insurance. Pretty sure it is public knowledge on web site. Original appointment was canceled by someone and they had no idea who canceled it. Good thing I didn’t take off work and drive 40 miles for a appointment that was canceled by somebody and not notifying me. Phone number provided was of no help to provide Jefferson with feedback.

What's a good word when specialists in some fancy new building are totally unaware that abdominal pain can be a symptom of a blood or liver disorder, is it irony? Incompetence? Age-related cognitive decline? If your abdominal pains come with any mental status changes do not go here and do not visit a Jefferson or Penn ER. Even if it is one of the red flags indicating what your issue actually is, it will not be considered. At most they will just complain about your behavior to their peers in front of you No I am not calling your office to discuss this. It was a "senior" indian doctor who came in at the request of the person who initially saw me, neither could recognize a condition called AIP which causes abdominal pains and all the other issues both doctors moved right by (ignored is a better term), and instead of putting down my strange behavior on my chart the senior doctor just turned to the first doctor, goes 'whats wrong with this guy' and just leaves the room without a word.

All around wonderful experience in the building. From the cleanliness, directions from staff. The patient room was up to date and very nice. My Dr. Didn't rush me out the door and answered all my questions.

Great Doctor, most wonderful nurses. The scheduling leaves a lot to be desired.

This place sucks. I called at least 4 separate times to try to schedule an endoscopy. Can’t get a callback. Every time I get told to wait 1 day or 3 days, I don’t hear back. Truly, just go somewhere else if you want people who actually care.
