Jacksonville Center for Endoscopy - Riverside

I was scheduled at 10:30 am, they were running 11/2 behind schedule For a 45 minute procedure. I have had the same Doctor the last 2 procedures, Doctor Changela. This man should learn bedside manners, he was argumentative both visits, lectured me after the first procedure and accused me of. It doing the prep I which I did, and again lectured me 2 years later because I had breakfast 26 hours before the second procedure and this time they had me do 4 days prep. It got so bad I had to tell him that i would be happy to leave, and if he was done lecturing me either perform the procedure or Let me go, he speaks down to his patients as if they mean nothing to him. You would imagine that he would understand his patients are in a very vulnerable place , again we are just money to this man. I would encourage anyone reading this to stay away from this arrogant man who really does not care about his patients.

This office is very professional and clean. The staff is definitely on there game. From the time I walk in to check in through recovery was smooth and easy.

Excellent staff. Really the best. Especially when considering the potentially uncomfortable procedure you're getting. Not physically uncomfortable. Then staff is so nice and professional. I dont enjoy going there but im happy that I can go there Thanks Dr Patel

Medical procedures aren't fun, but if you need a colonoscopy or endoscopy, this is place to have it done. Everyone was both professional and kind. I highly recommend this facility.

Received my procedure today. The staff was organized, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend them.
