Inner Health has helped restore my gut health. It is truly amazing how far I have come. My stomach is basically healed which is why I was looking for help. Doctors and pharmaceuticals were not helping. In fact I have since found out they were making things worse. A bonus for me is having the app to access which is full of opportunities to learn about food, health and fitness. Savannah is a great resource for fitness and work outs. She is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and meets you where you are. I highly recommend her and the entire Inner Health staff!

Sahar was a great professional to work with in trying to be the best I can be from an overall diet, nutrition and health perspective. Very good communication skills and knowledge base make her an outstanding professional who was very easy to work with, highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Sahar! She has been such an amazing support throughout my health journey, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without her. She genuinely cares about her clients, keeps you motivated and accountable, and celebrates your progress right along with you. What I love most about Sahar is that she doesn’t give up on you. My 6-yr old daughter had some “GI issues” since birth (constipation, abdominal pain, small pebbly stools). I took my daughter to several “Specilaists” all of whom (Dr.s) really only wanted to prescribe MIRALAX but not very knowledgeable about dietery issues and “Gut Biome.” Thus, I seeked out and found Sahar. She has tremendously helped and improved my daughter’s gut issues theough diet (way more than any of those “Specialists”). Sahar was easy to get ahold of at ANY time, she was genuinely concerned about my daughter and i was able to send her pictures, and talk to Sahar at ANY time. I absolutely recommend Sahar to anybody that has “GI issues” as I have learned “Specialists” don’t understand (or don’t have the education ) in Gut Biome. Call Sahar today!
