We love Dr. Andrew. We switched him to be our primary physician when my son’s doctor wouldn’t see him in person due to COVID concerns when he was very sick. Dr. Andrew saw him same day and diagnosed him with pneumonia and gave him the care he needed. He has been consistently great with our son. My problem with this practice is that it’s impossible to call them without waiting on hold for 15+ minutes and they hardly ever have same day sick visit availability, so we frequently have to go to urgent care.

I have waited to write this review, due to the fact our doctor was still working here. But now that this person is leaving, and we have diligently done our research, while giving them the benefit of the doubt along the way, it is time for this review and warning. Beginning with administration. 1. To make an appointment, you need to call. You’re on hold for 10 minutes minimum. And you cannot leave a voicemail. The average time to get a call back from the nurse was about 8-9 hours, and you absolutely will miss that call, if you have anything else going on that day. Despite an optimistic outlook and fair treatment by Sharon, the front desk person, she is met with a staff that gives a general chaotic/unorganized vibe that unfortunately she gets mixed into. 2. Our experience with the nurses was not good. When coming in to give vaccines or do vitals, it was not appropriate bedside manner for children. The last time we came in for vaccines, the nurse came in abruptly, zero subtlety, and even proceeded to aggressively tear a sticker off the mirror (given to our child by the office itself), before administering the vaccine. Needless to say, it was jarring for our child and he did not even have a chance to have a tolerable time with the process. 3. The third and final point - and by far the biggest issue - is difficult to even type, as it caused my family and I such emotional distress that we will have a hard time ever trusting another medical professional. Our doctor never had a clear idea of which vaccines our child had. She would go through her computer frantically and give a guess. Once we came home we realized the paper records she would give at the end of the visit did not match the records they had on their computer. Our child had 5 prevnar 13 vaccine records ( they only need 4) and records of vaccines he had not yet received. Even more troubling, when they switched systems, his records didn’t get properly merged so we have absolutely no idea what is in his body. When we asked to send the records over to our new office, they included records of vaccines he has not even had. Please be cautious, always.

Good doctors. Truly. But... this practice is way too crowded. It feels like balls really get dropped.

Doctor Angela Zerabyan has a connection with my baby Luke, she is amazing. Also, Sharon the front desk lady she is the best. Yes, go here and when you need help ask for Sharon she is lovely. Try to have Doctor Z. As your child's pediatrician.Thank you both

E has been going to Dr. Angela Zurabyan for a few years now and we absolutely love her. We love that she's a DO which is hard to find on this side of town. She takes time, listens and is available. The staff at Huntington Health has also been top notch and helpful. Does everything always run smoothly? No, but we have never gone to an appointment and have had to wait a hour like we have in other large offices. Glad to have an office in our area that wishes well for us.

*LADIES DO NOT GO HERE* I was told today by the office staff that the doctor will want to see you EVERY THREE MONTHS if you are on birth control in order to get a prescription refill. In fact she lied to me and told me that it was now the law for doctors to HAVE to see you every three months. Beyond that they lied to me about being in network because they hired a nurse practitioner who was not in network for United and now are footing me with a $140 dollar bill for their mistake. On top of that the only reason I went in for my annual checkup was to be seen by a new doctor since my old one was no longer there... well seeing the nurse practitioner doesn't count apparently but no one told me that at the time... and now they are refusing to refill my prescriptions. On top of that they screwed up the billing for my car accident AFTER I specifically went up to the desk after my visit for whiplash and said "hey this was for a car accident do I need to do anything?" and they said no don't worry about it we will wait for Geico to contact us. Then that very same day I saw that they sent the bill to United, my health insurance. BUT MOST CRAZY IS THIS "BE SEEN EVERY THREE MONTHS TO GET BIRTH CONTROL" RULE. RUN AWAY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT FAIR REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE!!!!
