HonorHealth Gastroenterology – Sonoran Crossing

The visit was fine, but that was eight days ago. I was told that they were going to contact my cardiologist for clearance to get anesthetized for a colonoscopy. I’ve heard nothing. Sadly, this seems to be the way it works with most healthcare providers these days. They tell you that they’re going to do something and that they’ll call you for the next step, but you don’t hear from them so you have to take time out of your busy day to chase down the info yourself. This is an opportunity for Honor Health Gastro to set themselves above the typical healthcare providers and improve the standard of patient/provider relations. Are they up to it? Still waiting for that phone call…

Professional from check in to check out. Great facilities and great staff! Dr. Al-Lahham and his team are top notch. Scheduling went smooth with minimal waits for availability....Proactive health care are it's best!

Staff was friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait even though I was early. Provider took the time necessary to discuss symptoms and what the procedure involved. Scheduling staff explained everything and provided detailed information about preparation procedure. I came to Honor Health because other medical groups were booked well out into the future. I'm happy with all my interactions with Honor Health.
