I have found working with Heather to be one of the best choices I have made in formulating a plan to achieve my health and weight loss goals. She is very knowledgeable, has offered great advice and follow up with our regular meetings. With her personalized approach, she created custom macros tailored specifically to my goals and lifestyle, helped me understand which supplements would best support my nutrition, and even taught me how to properly read food labels so I can make better choices at the grocery store. Heather is amazing and has done an excellent job helping to improve my overall health in several areas to include advice and recommendations on calorie and nutrient intake, ways to improve eating habits and minor adjustments in supplements. This advice and coaching has resulted in four months the following results: I am no longer taking Prilosec for acid reflux/heartburn, I have reduced my weight by 14 lbs , resulting in a reduction of BMI from 26% to 19.1%, while reducing Visceral fat from 10 to 7 while increasing muscle mass by 3.5 lbs. I truly appreciate her professionalism and knowledge and she has made a significant impact on improving my overall health.
