Nurses were terrible. They did not care about our concerns for our child. Kept pushing shots we did not want. Would not explain to us certain thangs we asked for. Will definitely be finding a new place who actually cares about our child and makes us feel safe for her to be there. Also they are to lazy to call and get our childs records from another clinic so they have no idea about anything for our kid. Get people who care about there jobs and kids and not there for a paycheck

Nurse does not listen to what you say or believe what info you are giving her which resulted in leaving the appointment to prove that there want not a red envelope a SECOND time. Never called Providence to confirm details. One of our two appointments also included her asking my husband directly if he smoked or vape with extreme passion in her face. ALSO a place that should care about the quality of hygiene, their restroom with a broken soap dispenser didn’t work, and no one thought to put a temporary soft soap pump or something!!! EW!! Nurse also seemed uncomfortable with newborn baby cries/screams…pretty sure every pro I’ve worked with handled that part with ease, as crying newborns new to the world and being pricked is standard. I’m sure I’m missing a couple things, but I’m sure you could find a better place.

This place, especially if your looking for a new pediatrician after Dr. Todd retires.

They wont help advise your children while you wait months for appointments. The only clinic I have ever been to that has a ridiculous rule. They are children things happen. Illness, injury, whatever. But nope of course not. We need to have a appointment first.

Disappointing experience, primarily due to administrative and management issues rather than the doctors themselves. We saw different doctors at multiple visits, making continuity of care difficult. Our last visit lasted about an hour, but most of it involved us answering questions while many of our concerns went unaddressed. We were told to schedule a follow-up with another doctor the following Monday, which was later canceled and changed to a baby/mom visit. We also never received an after-visit summary for the last one, even after 24 hours. The patient portal is website-only with no dedicated app, which is inconvenient. We also found it difficult to track our baby’s growth because the office does not provide WHO growth charts, making it hard to see the growth trend and how our baby is progressing relative to standard growth curves. On the plus side, our baby’s tongue tie was detected at a very early age and was treated effectively in the office. We really appreciated the early detection and the quality of that treatment. To be clear, this is not a criticism of any particular doctor. Our concerns are with the office’s communication, scheduling, administration, and overall management. After these experiences, we ultimately decided to change providers.
