Hillsboro Naturopathic Clinic

I sent in the packet of paperwork almost two months ago and never received a call to schedule a new patient appointment. When I called the week I had sent in the paperwork the receptionist confirmed receiving the email and said it would take a couple of days to input and they would call me to schedule something. During the call, the receptionist was short and came across like the call was inconvenient. Now I’m searching for a different spot that cares about providing timely service. Super disappointed, but glad to know the kind of service provided.

I have had visits with Dr. Valerie multiple times. I was having issues with insomnia and have visited for various sicknesses that I wanted to treat homeopathically vs mainstream pharmaceuticals. The staff at Hillsboro Naturopathic is A+ and I will continue visiting this clinic in the future.

This team is simply the best. I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful they are. The American medical system is a nightmare. But in this office, we feel safe, heard, supported, and truly cared for. Everything they do - from the structure of their billing to the swift turnaround on paperwork and referrals, is done with the utmost care for the patient. Sherri and Taylor are the most informed, helpful, kind, and friendly faces to say hello to every visit. My partner and I are both seen here and we've never felt more heard and seen than from Dr. Netherland and Kristin. I wish I could give a million stars because they deserve it.

I can unreservedly recommend Hillsboro Naturopathic Clinic in all respects. I've been a Very Happy Client throughout the past seven+ (7) years - and I have to share how grateful I am to have been able to find HNC. We transferred here in 2016 via a Very Large Semiconductor Company, settled in Hillsboro - and had been literally years without a Naturopath's care (one of the Southern States which will not license them, still....). Dr. Victoria (and later also Dr. Valerie) have partnered for my family's care over these years and the intuitive care has truly transformed my life in a very positive way. I marvel and am still amazed and grateful a physician can literally and fully focus for a half-hour or more in a discussion with the client. The clinic provides multiple modalities of treatment, embracing the latest proven Western techniques along with - when appropriate - offering the value of Eastern techniques (acupuncture, etc.). Phlebotomy/lab services have always been top-notch, too. I've been quite impressed with the Aesthetician services which totally removed all the wrinkles from my forehead - amazing! The office staff has **always** been friendly, professional, aware, supportive, understanding, and able to decipher the intricacies of complex insurance and contracted billing services. Occasional billing queries have been fully resolved with a friendly smile. Parking (front & back) is plentious, and I should also call out the ease of getting to the office using public transit - literally steps (175 feet?) from the Hillsboro Transit Center. In summary, when you need a naturopathic physician - get thee to this clinic!!!!

front desk mixes up billing and blames pt. Dr acts rushed and lecturing to take time to really listen. Told me how my health was pretty messed up at initial visit. i would have given 1 star but she did take thorough labs and gave some answers to health questions

I've been with Christopher for a year and a half. I've been able to get off my pain meds and actually feel awesome. One day a week. I look forward that one day a week.😴😁

From the moment I first encountered this clinic, I have been treated with respect and the receptionist are very courteous and kind and very willing to help in every scenario and a few times they’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Victoria is so knowledgeable and very helpful her desire to get the right diagnosis is incredible. Highly recommend this nature pathic clinic.
