Hayley listens to my concerns and questions. She doesn't try to fit me into a cookie cutter approach to wellness, but she tailors everything to me and my individual health needs. I had issues seeing Hayley Davis through Fay. My first appointment she cancelled. I saw her for my initial appointment, she was very nice. She then sent me a snack and (1 day ? 2 day?) meal plan. The meal plan had a watermark over it and was very confusing. It looked generic and ai generated. She messaged me at 4am my time to ask me if I had reviewed the documents and if not that we could reschedule. I responded when I saw it, before the appointment. I waited 15 minutes in my appointment and she didn’t show up. She then rescheduled it without asking me for a day and time that I was unavailable. I asked her to refer me to a provider that is in my time zone. She referred me to a provider that wasn’t in my time zone at all. She’s very kind face to face and likely very skilled but I did not have a good experience at all.
