The incompetence of the staff is just absolutely insane. The first time they created an appointment and didn’t tell me, I found out because I called for something else. The second time some genius decided to cancel my appointment I’ve had and was waiting for quite a while, and didn’t think it was important to let me know. So I show up to my appointment at the day and time I scheduled months ago. Front manager tells me person who cancelled it “no longer works here” like this makes it totally fine and proceeds to gaslight me like it’s my fault some dull crayon did this. Lady, this is your house! It’s your fault as a manager that your staff is doing this. She proceeds to ask me about my symptoms like her medical degree grants her the ability to decide when I should be seen. So to pour oil on fire she then tells me I’m welcome to the back of the line in 5 months. Are you serious? I don’t know who the owner of this place is but you should rethink your staffing choices.

Had my colonoscopy at Luthern General Hospital. Everyone was friendly and polite. All the information I needed to know was fully explained.
