I had an endo/colonoscopy, my visit couldn’t have been more smooth! Words can’t even describe how great of an experience I had! Yuri is so sweet & accommodating as well as Amanda & Idania. 10/10 would recommend choosing this location

Both my mom and husband have become patients of Dr. Valladares and I have witnessed the level of attention and care he's provided both of them firsthand during consultations, procedures and thereafter. The level of care provided has always been top notch by Dr. Valladares and office staff. He's thoroughly reviewed the complex gastrointestinal issues they bring to the table and provided care that resulted in real relief. Highly recommended!!!

I had an appointment to see Dr Veloso I call this morning to confirm and they told me they cancel I’m on the line with them now for over 10 min they just hang up on me this is a very important visit for me follow up some test I’m trying to speak to office manager to no prevail what should I do !!!!

I do not recommend the GastroMed in Doral. Though Dr.Ben is great, the office is incompetent and sent me to a lab with incorrect order forms and when I called for help, there was no one with the needed information and no help. They also have a terrible rescheduling process.

Primera vez que vengo a esta clínica ubicada en la 5101 sw 8 St coral Gable vine a traer a mi esposa , y la sita era para las 3 y 30 , llegamos mucho antes con la idea de que nos atendieran lo más rápido posible para poder huir del tráfico infernal de coral Gable, y nos dio el horario de cierre 5 de la tarde para que la pudieran atender , después de una hora en el cuarto de espera con mi esposa por fin entró el médico Alexander Veloso preguntándole a mi esposa en qué la podía ayudar , jiji al parecer no sabía ni quién era mi esposa ni por cual situación había o estaba pasando en ese momento , mi esposa había sido referida desde el Kendall Hospital porque estuvo una varios días ingresada con una colitis aguda y gracias Dios no la operaron , esperábamos que la recibiera el mismo médico que la atendió en el hospital y no fue así pues nos recibió este señor Veloso que aunque profesional sea terminó echándome a mi de la consulta como si yo fuera un perro despues después de una hora trancados mi esposa y yo en ese cuarto esperando por el , podes ser muy profesional el doctor Veloso pero a mi en lo particular no me gustó de la manera que entró al cuarto sin haber leído antes el historial médico de mi esposa , después de más de una hora en espera de que el apareciera se tuvo que salir a poder ver en la computadora de otra oficina quien era Mi esposa y poder interactuar con ella basado a su historial médico , trataremos de buscar otra clínica así esté en Hialeah.

Every single person I encountered treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, making what could have been a stressful procedure feel comfortable and reassuring. A special thank you to my amazing nurses, Maria, Yoanki, and Lianet, who were attentive, compassionate, and made sure I felt informed and at ease every step of the way. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. I also want to recognize Dr. Alexander Veloso, who was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent care with a reassuring bedside manner. I felt I was in the best hands. It’s not often that every member of a healthcare team exceeds expectations, but the entire staff at Gastromed did exactly that. Thank you all for providing such an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Gastromed to anyone needing gastrointestinal care you will be treated with respect, compassion, and exceptional professionalism.
