I arrived before my scheduled appointment, checked in, and had my vital signs taken. The nurse let me know that the doctor would be with me shortly. The time was around 3:25 when I was placed in the room. After waiting for some time, I went back to the front desk to politely ask when I might be seen. Shortly afterward, the doctor came in and I was seen. I understand that the office can get busy and that unexpected delays can happen. However, I did feel that there may have been some miscommunication, and I may have been overlooked while waiting in the room. I just wanted to share my experience so that it might be helpful in improving communication with patients in the future.

Dont waste your time with Dr Omer Kahlid. I went in severe pain and list of issues and I still have them. He ignored every system I shared ,told me take some metamical, ordered a CT scan and left. I have so many questions and his assistant was not able to answer any of them. Just a horrible and disappointing experience. Could never recommend this place.

Didn’t listen to a word I say cut me off several times, must be nice to just get a big pay check and not even have to your job 😃 wish I could do the same.

Slow and unhelpful. Didn’t listen to a word I said I’m better off talking to ChatGPT I kept saying what was wrong and got generic responses kept getting “mhmm” and he rushed out the door. God I’m sick of this crap

Not sure why it has positive reviews the doctor completely dismissed me and didn’t listen to a word I said. Now I have to look elsewhere but it is nice that some of y’all got the doctor that listened they must pick and choose who is a priority patient. Maybe insurance has a play on their bedside manner
