Visiting GI Specialists is peaceful and professional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Spiceland is very pleasant to talk to and he actually listens when I share a concern.

Dr. Michelle Buttler takes the time to listen to my concerns she also takes the time to explain things to me. I really appreciate that I'm not brushed off or rushed out.

Excellent and professional

Absolutely love Dr. Spiceland and all his staff. I was extremely impressed with the care I was given by all. Dr. Spiceland is so easy to talk to and personable and listens to everything you have to say with deliberate intentionality. He is an asset to his field and to any patient under his care.

Nice updated office. Friendly staff, good communications, short wait time. Doctor took time to answer all my questions.

I hate to make this review because my doctor was amazing. My problems regarded the billing. They caused many issues in regards to my claims getting paid. It was a total fight and ended up costing me a lot of money. I would not recommend tristar simply due to the billing department. As someone who works i revenue cycle, I was shocked in the inconsistencies. I had to fight to get part of my claims paid and to get my medications. Signed my release as soon as I could.

From Dr. Spiceland, nurses and staff are very caring and professional. From check in to final checkout, it was a pleasant experience! Highly recommend. I do miss the office on Old Hickory, but the office was very clean !
