I have been a patient of Dr Horlander for 20 years. He is a wonderful doctor. I love his thoroughness & friendly personality. He always answers any questions & doesn't rush your visit. Any time I've messaged him on the portal, he is quick to answer. Thats an added bonus!

Dr Maak is very personable and thorough. Took his time and answered all my questions. Office staff is very thorough

Poor customer service. Had a test performed 2 weeks ago. Was told the results would be back in 2 weeks. After two weeks, I called to get the results. The voicemail prompt said that they would return my call within 24 business hours. That’s 3 days to return my call. Well, we’re past the 3 days and still no call. Left another voicemail, still no luck. This is the same practice that failed to get clearance from my cardiologist for a procedure. I had to take care of it myself. Inept service.

Office visit was very good

Dr. Makk is an excellent doctor in both knowledge and skill. He is so personable and takes time to explain any questions I might have, never rushing my appointment. I see him for a few different reasons and I feel confident that I am getting the best care possible. Also, the staff is excellent and very pleasant! It’s a pleasure to go there.
