Dr. Rao is the best!!

Worst experience I ever had with Dr Rao. She constantly spoke over me as if she was being bothered when I tried to express concerns about the issue. Did not take the time to listen to what I had to say, just interrupted me each time talking about something else. I pulled up and mentioned an X-ray report I had questions about on a 13in iPad screen, she totally disregarded that . After she rushed us out I explained to the NP I still had questions and just for her to come back in and say you’ve been here for 45 minutes and you still have questions?! Then she told me I never tried to show her an X-ray report I told her I literally put the screen next to her when she was typing away on her computer. Then she prescribed a med and said it can be taken 1x 2x 3 even 10x as long as it doesn’t become diarrhea! Excuse meee?? Also explained that tests or CT wasn’t necessary since my son is in a wheelchair and it will be hard to get him in anyway unless he has any vomiting or bleeding. I asked what a term meant on it and said it was an infection and nothing needed to be done about it. Which I did not understand. . NP promised to call and go over things with me and I never got a phone call. Overall she was all over the place with her words, unorganized, and proceeded to speak to me like I was dumb. Seems to me she can’t handle her workload and seems to be overbooked. She needs to step it back a notch and actually show some concern . I will never take my disabled son there ever again.

I felt the PA that attended to me was in too much of a rush and didn’t listen to my replies. Her bedside manner leaves something to be desired.

I think that clinics and Doctors these days are so directed to be a profitable business instead of really taking care of the patient. They are so busy that you feel like you are asking for a favor. But the favor is expensive to paid for. Overbooked offices,overload doctors and care specialist. The patients just need good care.

My previous experiences have been good. This visit consisted of 1.45 minute wait. Tests ordered that the lab can’t do, and no return calls.

The experience was great

Dr. Kafrouni has great bedside manners. He listens to your issues. He understands and does what is in the best interest of the patients. He exceeds expectations.
