Dr. Brandon Rieders was professional, caring and patient. It is comforting when a doctor looks you in the eye while conversing with you and not staring at their laptop documenting your responses. The staff was also professional and caring. Being greeted with a friendly smile goes a long way. There was a delay in being seen but the second Dr. Rieders walked into the exam room he apologized and explained the situation. That's all one can ask for. Sometimes situations arise with other patients that are beyond anyone's control. I highly recommend Dr. Rieders and include his office staff/team to anyone looking for a gastro specialist.

It was the best procedure I ever had. Good time management, better explanation about the procedure and before I knew it, I was done with the procedure. Thanks to the staff and doctors for their warm and compassionate care.

Doctors often get caught up talking down or to through their patients. This was far from the case on my consultation. Spoken to with equal care and concern with the proper amount of respect and input on my health. Hands down a great experience and a practice I would recommend.
