I’ve been with this facility for years and never had any problems been there when dr. Romano was there. Dr Neustater is a very gentle and concern doctor. He explained everything to me when I had my procedure and I’m so thankful for halow that app has help me to communicate with dr Neustater when I have a relapse and he is able to call me and instruct me to what to do. Thank dr Neustater for your attentiveness and being there when I was scared to help me calm down I really appreciate you as my doctor. As far as the from desk I had no problem the nurses I can work with them

Unfortunately, it is very hard to communicate with the office. The front desk lets the calls go unanswered, and the virtual assistant does not work. I was charged a fee by this office simply because no one picked up the phone for the two days I was calling when I tried to cancel this appointment.
