Dr. Baumel is knowledgeable, responsive, and very reassuring. He quickly addressed our concerns and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend him. He has been great so far during our baby’s visits very approachable and always addresses concerns in a clear and considerate manner. It is also easy to get an appointment for checkups, which we really appreciate.

Dr. Lu is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to personally respond to questions in MyChart. Even when a nurse has already replied, she often follows up with additional clarification and guidance. While nurses may sometimes generally suggest bringing the child in for an office visit, Dr. Lu usually explains clearly what specific signs to watch for and under what circumstances an in-person visit is actually needed, rather than asking you to come in just to be safe. I really appreciate how thoughtful and reassuring her responses are—it makes things much less stressful for parents and gives me great peace of mind. The only downside we experienced so far is that one nurse we ran into in the past is quite cold, didn't smile at all or making an effort to please the kid when giving vaccines

We have been seeing Dr. Rosselot at Framingham Pediatrics with our 3 kids for the past 12 years. She's a wonderful and knowledgable doctor, and the staff at the office are extremely patient and kind. Two of our children struggle with doctor visits, especially when shots are involved, and the nurses have been very understanding and patient with them. It is always easy to get an appointment and we never have to wait long. They have many services to offer including mental health and nutrition; we've used all of it and have been very happy. I highly recommend this practice!

Friendly, accessible and super professional. This team really cares, and takes the time to show it. We are always seen promptly and given the focus and information to quickly resolve the issue. Everything was explained in a way that made sense to both parent and child; Thank you Dr Crawford and Dr Baumel!

Dr. Rosselot is an exceptional pediatrician. From the very first visit, she stands out for her warmth, deep knowledge, and genuine care for both children and parents. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel confident and supported in every decision regarding your child’s health. She always follows up with us, and genuinely cares about my children as if they are her own. The entire Framingham Pediatrics practice is wonderful. The front staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and making appointments is easy and efficient. The nurses are wonderful and make my kids so comfortable! It truly feels like a well-run, compassionate office that values families. I also greatly appreciate Framingham Pediatrics’ alliance with Boston Children’s Hospital, which provides an added level of reassurance knowing that top-tier pediatric specialists and resources are closely connected to my childrens care. I highly recommend Dr. Rosselot and Framingham Pediatrics to any family looking for outstanding pediatric care in a warm, supportive and family centered environment.

The only thing efficient about this office is how fast they pick up the phone. It’s a shame the actual service doesn't even come close to that. 1. $700 for 10 minutes (for two babies!!): I brought my twins in for a routine check-up, and I’m "impressed" by their ability to charge $700 for what felt like a 10-minute chat. They used the most profitable CPT codes without a word of warning. When I asked for an explanation, they reasoned some which I completely CANNOT agree and with an arrogant "there's nothing that we can do as we did what we needed to do" canned responses. What’s even funnier? After upcharging me for a document (they said they charged because of the document), they actually forgot to give it to me. I had to go back and ask for it at the end. Truly top-tier organization. 2. Billing "Expertise": The staff member in billing has a truly unique way of making patients feel unwelcome. I’ve never met anyone so consistently rude and robotic. Her ability to repeat the same unhelpful lines while ignoring every word I said is a level of "professionalism" I hope to never see again. 3. The Front Desk Atmosphere: The front desk staff is great at answering phones, but that’s where the talent ends. After I complained, the side-eyes and obvious whispering were a nice touch. It felt more like a middle school hallway than a medical practice. Very "mature." 4. The provider’s Performance: They have a couple of NPs who clearly don't handle feedback well. After a 10-minute rush job last time, the NP put on this very "thorough" performance once they realized I was unhappy with the billing. It felt incredibly forced and insincere. It’s amazing how the level of care suddenly changes the moment your wallet starts questioning them. Bottom line: If you enjoy being overcharged and treated with zero respect by a condescending staff, this is the perfect place for you. For everyone else, look elsewhere.

Please do not come here!!! The staffs are very rude with a terrible attitude!! Dr.garber was rude, condescending and dismissive! More importantly, the cost for simple test is several times higher than urgent care.

I’ve been taking my son to this wonderful practice for many years. Very easy to set up an appointment and be seen quickly. The doctors are all top notch and provide exceptional care. They have brought in new doctors recently who are so kind and amazing. Great to see them grow. We love Framingham Pediatrics!
