The staff and Dr Fina always treats my children with respect and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed or invalidated. Thank you Dr Fina and Flip Flops staff!

Dr. Fina and her team are phenomenal! All of my kids have been seeing her since they were born and its always an enjoyable visit for all of us when we come to her office. They all truly care for the families they see. I have never once doubted the information and guidance Dr. Fina gives us. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring and just lovely to talk to.

Dr. Fina is absolutely amazing! All of my boys actually love going to the doctor now since we started coming to her office. She is always so understanding, informative, and incredibly kind. She takes the time to listen and makes both parents and kids feel comfortable. The office staff is just as wonderful—everyone is friendly and welcoming. Every visit has been a great experience, and we truly appreciate the care we receive.

We love Dr. Fina and everyone at the office. We are always able to make an appointment quickly, we never wait very long in the waiting room, and my kids really enjoy going. They have toys to play with and a treasure box full of dye free lollipops on the way out. We’ve been patients for coming up on 7 years. So glad to have them in our area.

We had a great experience at Flip-Flops and Lollipops! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were taken back super quickly, which was amazing with a newborn. Dr. Fina was absolutely wonderful with our baby. She was so gentle, patient, and reassuring. She took her time with us and made us feel really comfortable as first-time parents. We’re so happy we chose this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pediatrician!

I just moved to Yulee and needed to find a new pediatrician. My daughter was having belly aches and I needed to set up an appointment to have her seen. I called Flip Flops and Lollipops and the receptionist couldn’t tell me if they were accepting new patients or not. She told me to leave a voicemail for the office manager and he would get back to me in 5-7 business days. 5-7 business days just to find out if they’re accepting new patients or not! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I called back to confirm and she assured me that what she said was correct. It’s unfortunate they don’t have it together because I live right down the road. Instead of waiting 5-7 days, I called Dr. West’s office in Fernandina and they got me in immediately!

Can not say enough good things about the entire team. Parenting can feel chaotic, but Dr. Fina somehow makes it all feel a little less overwhelming. So grateful to have a doctor who truly gets it!

I'm military and new to the area. My wife called today to see if there were any openings for my daughter's to be seen. We liked pictures and reviews of the doctor. However, once my wife spoke to someone on the phone they made her feel every unwelcome. There was no phone edicate, when my wife told the lady on the other line "Hi, I was calling to ask a few questions (silence), is this the right number to get them answered...." The response was "well, what are your questions???" When my wife asked if there were any openings she said "no we're not taking any new patients." My wife said "well, that's what I needed to know!" And the lady laughed and hung up. Needless to say we are still on the hunt for a pediatrician that may provide a warmer reception. First impressions ...
