Fabiana is AMAZING. She is warm like a friend or family member when she is navigating emotions around eating, diet, exercise, anxiety, etc, but mercifully neutral when navigating numbers, projections, treatment options, symptoms, etc. I have been seeing her weekly (sometimes more) for almost a year now and I can confidently say she changed my life. She is patient when I go over about the same things again and again, and gently drives the conversation back to my goals. I am so grateful. I have lost almost 50 lbs in 6 months (I am 5'2")! She is extremely knowledgeable in so many facets of overall health and she held my hand through many ups and downs. 10/10 recommend!
