I had a procedure done at this office and was extremely disappointed with the lack of continuity of care afterward. Apparently, both doctors from the office went on vacation at the same time for about a week, while I was still dealing with significant pain and needed follow-up care. During that time, I had difficulty getting pharmacy confirmations for medication refills and getting the help I needed. I ultimately ended up going to the ER while waiting for assistance, which resulted in additional medical expenses and debt that I feel could have been avoided with better coverage and communication from the office. I completely understand that doctors deserve vacations like everyone else, but I do not understand how a medical practice allows both of its primary providers to be unavailable at the same time without adequate coverage for patients who recently had procedures or may need urgent follow-up care. I had recently moved and switched to this office hoping to establish care here, but after this experience, I will be switching providers again. Patients should not be left struggling to get medication or follow-up assistance because the office does not have appropriate coverage in place. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Dr. Shah has an excellent professional medical practice. Dr. Shah is soft spoken and very attentive to the needs of his patients. All the nurses and workers are very welcoming and caring. I am extremely satisfied with the care I have have received from Dr. Shah Bravo!!!
