Unbelievably unprofessional. My son had an endoscopy and a biopsy. He is suffering a lot of pain and they will not give the test results or offer a prescription or treatment without an appointment. The next appointment is 2 weeks out. I asked them "Are you going to make my son suffer for 2 weeks?" She answered coldly and simply, "yes".

0 star, if you have stomach pain never go there, you will not even see the doctor, they will not help, they will just take your money ...so run

Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. The customer service is poor, and I often felt that there was very little attention or consideration given to patients. Appointments have been canceled repeatedly, and communication about appointments is not handled well. I also had difficulties with interpreter services. When I contacted the office, I was told that they do not accept translation/interpreter services, even though I was trying to arrange an interpreter through my own insurance company. This made it much more difficult for me to communicate and receive proper care. Patients are also left waiting, and I have experienced situations where there was no call or reminder regarding the appointment time. The representatives I dealt with were not helpful or professional. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves patient communication, customer service, interpreter access, and appointment management. don’t even want to give this place one star, but the system requires me to. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The patient communication, customer service, appointment management, and interpreter issues were extremely disappointing. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Was referred to this clinic by my doctor to address GI issues that have been ongoing for more than a month. I was wary of the negative reviews this clinic has received, but the people at the front desk were fairly prompt, and I was seen almost immediately when I arrived for my initial appointment. I was consulted by another practitioner, as Dr. Alayo was not present (eventually I found out he's situated primarily in the Alfa Surgery Center, where most patients are referred to for EGDs and colonoscopies). They asked questions regarding my symptoms; they then ordered an EGD/endoscopy and a colonoscopy—I would schedule the appointments for both at the aforementioned center after the consultation. I walked out of their clinic thinking that their services were adequate—outside of being seen a little too soon (I was in the middle of filling out paperwork as a first-time patient), I did not experience any inconveniences. I'm only giving three stars because it was not particularly outstanding, but it was not as bad as I anticipated. Go at your own discretion.

Muy mala atencion...desde inicio para hacer la cita nunca te contesta hasta que les da la gana te devuelve la llamada..las Chicas de enfrente muy mala actitud...no sabes nada ...yo tenia pregunta sobre mi receta medica..y nosabia nada.despues de mis examenes me dieron cita casi a un mes y yo he llamado por que por alguna razon no pude ir y no contestan..dejo mensaje de voz y nada...mira que personal hay y bastante chicas wn registracion. Y yo sintiwndome mal y nisiquiera cita para analisar mi codicion

I Have Had Two Colonoscopys Here Before. Yup Definitely No Issues & Dr.Alayo Did His Job. I'm Actually Not Sure Why He Wasn't There This Time But Murphy's Law Took Over. Yup Definitely Everything That Could Go Wrong Did Go Wrong. I Made Appointment & Unfortunately Because Of A Emergency Procedure Called And Cancelled @ 8 am The Day Of The Appointment Via Voicemail Because No One Answered The Phone. I Never Got A Return Call To Reschedule & When Called Them To Reschedule. Oh Yeah The Person Who Answered The Phone Said You Missed Your Appointment! I Said No Miss I Actually Called And Cancelled Via Voicemail & Could We Reschedule. I Received A New Appointment. I Went To The Office But Couldn't Remember The Address & Pulled Over. I Called Them To Asked About There Location. I Was Told I Only Know That We Are Between 3RD And H ST!! I Said Ok What's Your Address? I Got It & Found Them. I Checked In & Gave Them My Insurance Card And She Gave Me Clipboard With Paperwork. I Was Also Finished When They Took Me To A Exam Room. I Waited For DR. Alayo & Female Doctor I Never Met Before Came Into The Room. She Started Asking Me A Bunch Questions About Medications, Procedure's, Dates & A Lot Of Thing's I Really Couldn't Answer. I Looked @ Her And Said Doctor If You Wanted All This Information You Should've Told Me Or Contact My Doctor. I Definitely Wish You Had The Same Computer System To Share Information Like My Primary Care Doctor. Yup She Got Mad & Said Well Maybe You Should Go To UCSD For What You Need! I Said Thank You For Your Time & Left. I'm Definitely Not Going To Tell You Not To Come Here. I Will Tell You This Make Sure You Bring Your Medical File To Answer Their Questions.
