Dr. Odstrcil has been an awesome doctor. She is always positive, concerned about my daily living quality. She is methodical about her approach to the changes in my life. She has a great assistant, Liz. She is Dr. Odstrcil's right hand. I have found my life-long GI doctor.

Office staff very friendly & caring, prompt, Dr Odstrcil seemed genuinely interested & she took time to talk & explain, as well as make suggestions for care. Great visit.

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Extremely triggering for my medical PTSD. Dr Odstricil has no interest in treating my stage two gastroparesis. I was referred to her after a 5 week long hospital stay at Baylor for suspected gastroparesis. I waited over 3 months to see her to be told I needed a gastric emptying study which was the reason I was going to see her in the first place. After our initial appointment I had to call and harass the office in order to get the request for gastric emptying studies sent through. It's now been another month and I finally get the results. I have to call the office continuously letting them know that I'm in a medical crisis and I need to speak to my doctor. They are slow to return my calls if at all, I ended up back in the ER because of it. Dr Odstricil finally called me on the way to the ER and was extremely rude and combative. This condition requires close monitoring and I can't even get her to return a phone call. I'm close to another ER visit and I still can't get her to return my phone call. We will see how many days it takes her to respond this time or how many times I have to call her office in order to get a response. I am suffering! My quality of life is non-existent. This doctor doesn't care! Also edited to add that she didn't bother to schedule a follow-up appointment after my diagnosis with stage two gastroparesis. I guess the radiologist who reviewed test that showed I have moderate stage 2 of this condition isn't important? She also descriminates against chronic pain patients. If you take ANYTHING at all in order to manage pain then she has no interest in treating you. You can tell the board due to your negligent care I ended up hospitalized again and require a feeding tube now.

Dr. Odstrcil, made my concerns a priority. Her attention and reassurance took my worries away. Now that she’s my Dr. I trust her with my care. She wasn’t dismissive in my concerns, I had a concern, no appointment scheduled, she took time and called to discuss it.Most others say make an appointment. I know she can’t do that all the time, but it was needed so I could make the best decision in another area of health. Thank you Dr. O and her team
