Away, away, away from her. My sister-in-law has been left with serious complications after her colon was injured during a colonoscopy.

Absolutely awful bedside manner, which could have maybe been excused if she were at least supremely knowledgeable and skilled. However, her lack of empathy and her terrible bedside manner are surpassed by her extreme ineptitude - she has no business being a physician. Whatever prompted her to become a doctor had nothing to do with empathy or a desire to help her fellow humans. Stay away!

I had a colonoscopy with Dr Fradkov. It went 100% smoothly. Their team is kind, competent, and efficient. They also communicate very well before the procedure. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a Google review about a colonoscopy... But before my procedure, I'd read the negative reviews here and didn't know what to make of them. Here's some perspective that I found helpful. The Mt Auburn GI team and Dr. Fradkov have likely done hundreds of colonoscopies. I hate that one of them went poorly (and I'm sure the GI team hates it, too!). But I don't think the negative reviews are representative of the vast, *vast* majority of colonoscopies. Two of the negative reviews are also about the same incident - they're written by two people who are co-workers. So do your homework and get information, but keep some perspective about Google reviews for something like this.

Dr Fradkov is an attentive listener and a knowledgeable doctor who has helped me to feel better. I would recommend Dr Fradkov.

My experience at the hospital and interactions with every member of the staff were highly positive. Dr Fradkov is an intense, no-nonsense and friendly presence. I appreciated the straight to the point professionalism. And ultimately great medical care.

Fradkov is terrible. She is not able to do the colonoscopy procedure. She Teared my colon because of that they removed entire sigmoid colon and I had the ostomy bag for 2,5 months. Never try to have your colonoscopy done by Fradkov.
