Dr. Rodriguez is a great Dr. He cares about his patients, and he is very transparent. That’s what I like! His staff is awesome!

This is not the place to go if you need assistance. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment as an existing patient and wasn't able to get anything until I saw my primary doctor who sent an internal message to them, then I finally received a call. Now, they've "forgotten" to bill me my copay at check-in and three months later I receive a bill for. Very odd when you can't even get past check-in without paying the copay. I only saw Dr. Rodriguez-Frias two or three times before I was handed off to someone else permanently. Find a better practice.

Called them repeatedly for my test results. Lost my results and never bothered to tell me . Super Rude people too

He knew I had EOE before I got my EGD, he confirmed it with an EGD. The staff was playing music, it was an awesome experience. Afterwards Trish and Randy at the office helped me get a very expensive medication at almost no cost.

Very nice listens and understands and knows what iam talking about. Love this doctor .

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Dr. Edmundo Rodriguez and his staff. I wouldn’t want any other GI doctor than him.

Worse experience. I suffer from a mental disability and have to have someone drive me to all my appointments and I told them this up front. Randy hummel was who i was seeing. I had experienced pain for over 3 weeks waiting for my appointment and I show up and cant find the office due to construction and also my ride was running behind so when I made it into the office at 9: 13 I was told I was to late and they refused to see me. I asked could i just see her for 15 min they went back and said no I was past the 15min check in. I was beside myself how rude they were. I had to have someone leave early from there work drive me there for nothing. I will be going to st.louis going forward. Also my last appointment i didn't feel like I was being heard. So this just settled things for me.
