Had a colonoscopy by Dr. Katic about 1415 years ago and he perforated my colon and I had to go to the emergency room and about died from sepsis and had to have emergency surgery. I guess he was afraid he might get sued because I have not heard one word from him after all these years he has not spoken to me. He has not presented himself to me. Nothing

Dr. Caddik may be experienced and knowledgeable in what he does, however his lack of bedside manner and compassion for patients is intollerable. He has none. He is rude and does not express a sense of care and concern for the patient. My procedure was scheduled for 8:10 am. I arrived at 7:10 am after a horrible prep experience for a colonoscopy - but when is it ever good. I had a terrible migraine and severe nausea. I suffered for 2 hours as Dr. Caddik was late and I was never informed. I overheard the staff discussing that he couldn't find his car keys. When he arrived I overheard him change the story saying the practice had him on the calendar not the procedure center so he had been at the office instead of there. They clearly had him on the schedule for several scopes and procedures. I was never checked on, they said they were letting me sleep. When the Dr. finally came into my waiting bay he was rude and very short. After the procedure, the doctor did not speak with me or wait to explain the results of my test to me, he spoke with my husband. Which I had consented, but I assumed the Dr. would atleast wait until I was awakened. I would not recommend this practice or Dr for anyone needing gastroenterolgy care.

They never returned calls, I received a call with the wrong diagnosis and I called to ask a question about medication prescribed and they didn’t even have a record of the medicine. Was very sick and only saw doctor once, which with his personality was one time too many. Never, ever would I recommend this office to anyone. I was also informed by a nurse that they couldn’t keep help long enough to properly follow through with their patients. I would give a negative review if allowed.

A very bad doctor, did not explain anything to me. I asked for a translator and he was really rude. It was an audio translator and he did not want to speak slower and at one point they asked if he could talk a little louder and he said “ you could hear me find a minute ago” I DO NOT RECOOMEND THIS DOCTER AT ALL PLEASE FIND SOMEBODY ELSE IF POSSIIBLE HIS NAME IS WILLIAM CADDICK HORRIBLE!

I went in the pre op nurse was great. Procedure all good. Not a very huge bed side manner dr. But ok. Felt as though i was in an assembly line.the post op nurse was horrible rude and very unpleasant to say the least. Guess she hates her job. Name was donna. Wont be going back there. Was not a fun procedure to begin with but the care was unacceptable. Find some staff!

I went for a colonoscopy. His office staff had not requested authorization. I was pulled from pre-op and told to wait. I asked to speak to Dr. Caddick and was told he had already left. I was looking right at him. I asked to be put in as self-pay and just get reimbursed by my insurance. I was told by the receptionist that I couldn't do that. I had been through absolute hell with the prep part. I begged to speak to the Dr again. And again told he wasn't there. I pointed out to the staff that I could clearly see him. This particular receptionist went in the back and told them they saw me drink water. My daughter showed them the bottle and the seal on the lid hadn't been broken. But my procedure was cancelled anyway. I called the office when I got home and told that the Dr would call me the next am. 7 days later and still haven't heard from him. I refuse to go back. And finding that I'm allergic to the prep solution, it was then or never.
