If you like waiting over an hour for your appointment, you’re going to love this disorganized and unprofessional practice. I left after waiting for 1 hr and 10 minutes. When I asked the woman at the front desk whether this was typical, she said “yeah.”

The front office is really bad. These front desk employees make medical decisions on behalf of Dr Webman regarding labs. The Dr ordered the lab and the test had to be redone. Without asking they decided I don’t need the lab. I have and endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled in 4 days and after calling the office twice, they didn’t send procedure instructions and I didn’t get instructions on where or what time to be at the hospital. I was told that I was given the instructions over a month ago. I asked that they email them and they failed to do it. The front office is getting in the way of people receiving necessary medical attention. This is a big problem. I won’t have these procedures done and now have to lodge a complaint to BlueCoss/Blue Shield. I have a PPO, and this should have been seamless The did make sure to call regarding payment only.
