A comically terrible experience with their staff in booking an appointment and getting them on the phone or even to respond to an email. It felt like I was talking to a robot who lacked any ability to speak beyond one word short answers devoid on any actual problem solving ability. It must be working well for you.

Every doctor should be as wonderful as Dr Zaidel. He Has a friendly personality and makes his patients feel comfortable and important. Another thing to note is that he is always on time, Especially with Zoom meetings. Clean office. Friendly & organized staff too !

Dr. Z is a wonderful doctor. I wish it didn’t take four months to get an appointment with him but it’s understandable because he’s very popular. Bonnie, his assistant is kind and helpful as well. When you do get in, he doesn’t rush you, he listens, spends time with you, he’s empathetic, kind, funny, and he knows his stuff. He is never condescending, he treats his patients as equals. He has done multiple endoscopies and colonoscopies over the years, and he makes it as painless as possible. I trust him implicitly and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a great gastro. He’s worth the wait.

Dr. Zaidel performed an upper endoscopy on me and he did a wonderful job. Prior to the procedure he explained to me exactly what was going to occur and afterwards he sat down and discussed his preliminary findings with me. He was very professional, as well as being kind and caring! I highly recommend him and his team.

Just completed my first colonscopy/endoscopy with Dr. Zaidel. It took me over 6 months to see him, but he was worth the wait. He is exactly what every patient needs in a physician. He is a great listener, empathetic. Loved his bedside manner. He is thorough and is willing to go the extra mile to look into your medical issue/concern. His nurse in the office was also super kind and my experience at The Endoscopy Center of the Southbay was top notch. The staff were kind and efficient. Excellent first experience and I would highly recommend Dr Zaidel to all my family and friends.
