Dr. Nikhil Seth, M.D.

Today was my 2nd ever colonoscopy & upper endoscopy (first one was in 2015) and WOW the staff was wonderful and the procedures went so much better this time. Back tracking here: in 2015 I had both procedures done but unfortunately ended up waking up during each of them which kinda of traumatized me. So fast forward to today... a lot of my anxiety came from that first set of procedures. Dr. Seth and team deserve 5 stars! They all made me feel comfortable upon arrival and before and after the procedures. I felt comfortable asking questions and they all made me feel cared for. They listened to my waking up story from 2015 and reassured me that the anesthesiologist will be there monitoring me throughout the procedures. I tend to get chatty when nervous and the team was chatting back with me which also eased any anxiety I was having. When I woke up, I was talking with the team. Everyone is so nice... they asked how I was feeling and I didn't wake up!! It truly felt like a nice nap (which was needed as I was running on about 3 hours of sleep because of the prep). Dr. Seth came into the recovery room and explained the findings and next steps. He has wonderful bedside manner! Thank you to everyone at Suburban Gastroenterology!!! Office/building/rooms are clean and there is ample parking.

Dr. Seth and the entire Suburban GI staff have been absolutely great! I have been dealing with a health condition for over 25+ years. So, needless to say I have seen quite a few doctors over the years. However, when I was referred to Suburban GI for a test I was glad that I saw Dr. Seth. He is patient and will not rush you but will sit and listen to your concerns. (In my experience this is something a lot of other physicians won't do) Dr. Seth will take the time to discuss options and answer questions. When he performed my tests I found him to be extremely thorough and honest. I appreciate he and the entire staff! I would definitely recommend Dr. Seth and Suburban GI. Update... It's June 2026 and I just had another visit with Dr Seth. I did NOT know that I had previously did a review on Dr Seth and the staff already. However, I had another wonderful interaction with Dr. Seth and his assistant Kate! I had a follow-up visit after my colonoscopy and every question and concern I had were answered. Once again, I can't recommend Dr. Seth, Kate, and Suburban GI enough. They are awesome!

Very happy to have found Dr. Seth. My visit was terrific and helped calm my nerves. He answered all my questions, they got me in EARLY and was realistic about diet and lifestyle, which was a change for me. My previous GI Dr. was old school and very short and condescending. I look forward to keeping Dr. Seth and appreciate all the kind help from everyone in the office. Thank you!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Seth today after months of trying to treat a gut infection. I’ve been so frustrated with being told “wait and see what happens” by other doctors, but I left Dr. Seth’s office feeling more in control of my situation than I have in a long time. He listened to me, explained why my gut is doing what it’s doing, and we came up with a plan that I feel really confident in. Although it was only our first meeting, I feel so much lighter and optimistic about my condition.

Dr. Seth is wonderful. He takes the time to really listen to my concerns and explained my treatment plan. I felt heard and confident about my care.

Dr Seth is an incredible doctor! He is that rare mix of personal, professional, and knowledgeable, all while preserving shared decision-making. All around great person and great provider! Highly recommend!

Dr Seth was excellent. Nurses were so kind during prep, just before the procedure, and after.
