I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Berzosa and the entire team at Mount Sinai. From start to finish, everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly caring. Nicole, my check-in nurse, was so welcoming and helpful. Erica, my surgery nurse, was absolutely fantastic and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Berzosa was excellent. He came by to meet me beforehand, was very friendly, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease. The anesthesia team was also wonderful. The CRNA and student initially had difficulty finding a vein, and once Dr. Marin, the anesthesiologist, came in, she quickly and expertly placed the IV. I really appreciated how calm and professional the entire team was. Overall, the experience was smooth, organized, and much better than I anticipated. I’m very grateful for the care I received.

I saw Dr B in the ER. I was there for abdominal pain and he was the one who scoped me and found the problem. Not only is he brilliant but also very kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone. And his staff are just as wonderful

El mejor gastroenterologo que he tenido. Profesional, humano, amable te explica todo muy bien he tenido 2 cirugias endoscopicas y sus respectivos seguimientos y tanto el como su team son lo mejor.
